  3. Will we have a designated contact?
    Yes you will have your own personal wedding co-ordinator.

  4. How many people can I sit around a table?
    Usually 8 to 10 however we will try to accommodate individual requests wherever possible.

  5. How many people should we cater for at our evening reception?
    We recommend that you cater in full for your event.

  6. How many glasses of wine/champagne do you get to a bottle?

  7. Do we have to have a set menu?
    We recommend that you have a set menu however we will cater for dietary requirements and children’s menus.

  8. Can we provide our own DJ, Music, Flowers etc?
    Yes but we would like to obtain a name and telephone number.

  9. Can we bring our own wine?
    You are more than welcome to bring your own but we do charge a corkage fee.

  10. How do we make a booking?
    We can provisionally hold a room for 7 working days and there after we will forward your function sheet and terms and conditions. In order to confirm your reservation we will require a signature on your contract along with a 25% deposit.

  11. When do we pay?
    Full pre-payment will be required 3 months prior to your Wedding.
